How long does shipping take?
Standard: 4-7 business days from dispatch.
Express: 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please be advised, once your order is placed it is not possible to make any changes to it.
However, your tracking ID has the option to redirect your parcel in the Australia Post portal.
Choosing to re-direct the parcel will allow you as the receiver to manually re-enter and amend the address before delivery. Once your order is despatched and you receive your tracking you will be able to redirect this through Auspost as only you as the receiver can facilitate this request. How much does delivery cost?
Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $89. Choose free shipping at checkout.
Deliveries for orders under this amount are charged at a flat rate of $9.95 per order for Standard, and $14.95 per order for Express Post.
Do you use discreet packaging?
Yes, we take care to use discreet packaging for all orders. Where we are required to include a return address we simply provide a PO Box.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to one business day for processing. Each order is carefully checked and packaged before being labelled and sent out.

No, currently we ship within Australia only.
