Returns / Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with seals intact. Please remember to provide your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice or screenshot of your order confirmation email). Unfortunately, we can’t accept bank statements or online banking screenshots as proof of purchase.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and healthcare, hygiene and personal care goods (such as beauty products, condoms, lubricants, creams, douches supplements). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of open/used/worn items including (but not limited to) lingerie, face coverings, shoes, toys and machines.

We do not accept 'change of mind' returns outside of 30 days, including if you order the wrong size.  Change of mind returns will only be accepted if the item/s are in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with seals intact within 30 days.

 

Initiating a return

To start a return, you can contact us at team@buzzvibes.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Before initiating a return – things to check

For battery-powered devices, please check that you are using the correct batteries, that they have been installed correctly, and any battery covers have been firmly closed/secured.

For rechargeable devices, please ensure they have been fully charged. Also check what happens when you plug them in and turn on the power – are any lights flashing? Have you pressed the power button on the device?

Always refer to the product manuals for troubleshooting tips before initiating a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Refund approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are refundable on faulty or damaged product only. We will refund up to $9.95 in delivery fees.
