Shipping Update April 2022 - Auspost Delays

Australia Post have informed us that in some areas they are currently experiencing delays to deliveries as a result of Covid-19 and large parcel volumes. 

While shipping normally takes 4-7 business days from dispatch for Standard orders, and 1-3 business days from dispatch for Express post orders, at the moment these times cannot be guaranteed due to the delays at Australia Post.

Unfortunately these delays are entirely out of our hands, so until Australia Post overcome their issues we recommend you allow extra time for your deliveries to arrive.

We send tracking information for every order that will allow you to track the delivery of your order.  Australia Post also indicate on the tracking for each individual order whether they are subject to delays.

If your order does not arrive within the expected time given by Australia Post we are happy to launch an investigation with them to track your parcel down.

Express remains the quickest way for parcels to be delivered and Australia Post are prioritising them over Standard deliveries.
